Yeah, I’ve been thinking that since I got here. Most people won’t check anything besides the most active forum unless they’re extremely bored, and having SEVENTEEN categories to keep track of is just crazy.
I remember seeing a page somewhere with all recent discussions instead of just categories a while ago and it was the best thing ever, but I haven’t been able to find it. I think it was on mobile, you know how different it is from the main site after all.
I think most of us, myself included, just post everything here anyways, because it ends up getting the most attention.
Merging stuff together would help, but imo I think only keeping “general” and “off topic” would be best, perhaps with a 3rd category for clans/comp or something of the like, all with the option to view all posts together in case you don’t want to shuffle between two categories.
Tagging posts might be nice too, especially since SD seems to like reddit so much. I’m not sure if whatever platform SD uses for these forums would support it, but still.

Reddit as kinda become the official forum. It’s sad. There is almost no activity here. SD mostly posts on Reddit.

Meh, this place pretty much always had the same amount of activity. First it was nexon and SD ignoring everything, now it’s SD ignoring us with off and on periods of activity, while the overall community numbers here seemed to have stayed the same since I joined, if my memory is good enough.
Honestly I think we’re doing better now than we were before, even if it’s not ideal, lol

If SD likes reddit so much over their own forums they could rework these forums as they are stated as the “official” forums.
Like have either the most upvoted or agreed on comment per post highlighted so the devs can glance over that.
I don’t really like reddit, but I can’t exactly go without it either if I want to be informed about the games that I play.
The part about it I don’t like is how much shitposting can get upvoted while some really great ideas can just disappear from downvotes.
As it’s been stated above, on these forums we have far too many categories to go through and there really isn’t any indication of what’s in them other than the amount of replies it has.
If SD would wan’t to gather some actual feedback from these forums they’d have to rework them, but again, you’d need someone to stop what they’re working on and get them to work on this, so I doubt SD will find the rework to be worth it if they can already use reddit instead.

but I doubt any of the devs bothered to read any of that to consider it as feedback.
Stuff like that from the devs is what makes these forum look like a joke to me. It’s just something for the community where they can let loose about their frustration over the game.
You probably need the IQ of a Rick and Morty fan for your ideas to hold any value to them, at that point the devs might actually take into consideration a simplistic balance idea coming from some pleb, if you post on these forums.

Nexon were the ones to declare this the “OFFICIAL” forums, SD has said for years now that the up to date news is on social media so I follow on facebox, reddit is a little too anal for me
oh yeah, and the SD/Warchest forums, but I’ve been following SD there for 13 years and the old guys forum is there

It is on mobile and I wish it was available for the main version as well.

There’s these weird forums called “Execution” or something but I don’t see that mode option in the game anywhere.

OP makes a good point. The same topic came up today in a meeting so we may make a few updates to how the forums are organised, making it easier for you guys to navigate and have discussions.
