you cannot carry/wear mission-critical equipment for Operatives duty WITHOUT backpack.

If you look at 39 seconds in the Classes Trailer, it looks like Resistance will have battered, half-trashed backpacks. Thats is cool. I was sort of worried there would just be one backpack per class, but this looks faction-specific.
