@Ardez Yes I believe so
Sorry @Bullet4Justice. We are trying to get more regions though so stay tuned.
@pocahontas It’d be better to just erase what you posted instead of waiting for someone else to.

Thanks for replying guys, i guess i have to be patient… and i hope the wait is worth it!, have a great day.
You can just change your region in steam setting and then it should allow you to download and play no??
Maybe via a VPN but i will not speak about it. I don’t want any(more) trouble
If you can’t play DB, you can try out the beta of Battlefront

Steam doesn’t allow the use of VPN to connect from regions that would otherwise be blocked, so while it actually works, we shouldn’t mention these things
What’s all this about region blocking? I have never heard of any game do this before Dirty Bomb, can someone explain it to me like I’m a 5 year old?

thanks for replying guys, i would rather just wait than have an unstable experience using VPN! but thanks for the suggestion.
First, there were publishing right issues in areas, mainly Russia and some eastern Europe countries as far as I know. Another publisher had the rights there and Nexon could not publish the game, even on steam. So Nexon probably had to buy back the selling rights in those countries. There’s a couple of other games which follow the same rule, mainly because the publisher has their own game platform. (Nexon in South Korea…)
For more general region blocking/restrictions, as an example, you can think of Germany or Australia banning games (too much violence) or require specific features (mainly reducing blood effects). So basically, if the dev did not add a no-gore mod on their game, the game was censored. Fallout 3 and left 4 dead 2 had issues in Germany for example. As a selling intermediate, steam prefers to follow countries censorship than risking a total ban of their service.

i understand those terms and i won’t get mad even if the game doesn’t ever get published in my country so yeah, thanks for replying
If you live in a first world country then you may have not noticed it. Welcome to the world where the Internet has no borders but content is still managed like in the 1980s…
Hey movie industry? Wanna decrease piracy? Pull your heads out of your asses and make it actually available everywhere
