DLC's that include skills create a Pay 2 Win Situation
pay to win is pure speculation.

the real concern thats legitimate, is how do players with dlc play against players without dlc. are they even able to do it?

this particular dlc not only adds maps. it adds additional levels and abilities. are those also limited to the owners of dlc or will they be added either way?

its an obvious question, but i actually didnt think about it before.

i think this “two weeks for free” hasnt been thought through by bethesda and/or splash damage.
Separate playlist for the DLC maps. And My Rank or Higher takes care of the lvl problem. The new abilities/weapon attachments will be locked if you don’t have the DLC. I’d imagine the patch increases the lvl cap for anyone regardless of whether or not they have the DLC. Doesn’t matter to me either way, since I will have that **** day one it goes live.

What most games seem to do is make them overpowering at DLC release to encourage people to buy
Then nerf them a few months later once sales have plateaued, imbalance needs fixing and a new meta is in order

Considering the player base for the game already this low after 2 months, I doubt there will be much DLC or support in the future
