try downloading from the game marketplace. mine downloaded in 10 minutes with no problems.

The download is propably corrupted and cannot be saved. Just try again.

yeah it ended up downloading im on 50 meg so was wierd why it would take so long

Happened on the PS3 too. Just too many ppl downloading simultaneously and comes out corrupted. I had to re-download mine five times in a row till it finally went through.
