Distance culling override?

I was just wondering if there was a way to “override” the distance culling effect in a specific area of a map so that I wouldn’t have to worry about interior rooms being cut off. I have tried to design my level to avoid having long corridors but sometimes the culling effect seems to remove brushes that aren’t quite out of range yet. There is one particular instance I would really prefer to keep the current layout to preserve flow. Any chance I can do it?
