at random time black screen in game… for fix i need minimazlize and maximalize screen if i dont do this i have display driver crash, any solution ?

I had a similar issue, but I haven’t see it since I completely removed my drivers and reinstalled it(NOT an update/patch). Maybe try that if you have some time/care enough?
Also, you dxDiag states your latest driver update was on 5/12/15. Latest driver for your card released 5/18/2015, so you are behind at least 1 version of the full release(non-beta) drivers. Doesn’t look like they have a beta driver newer than that out though.(Updating probably won’t help, but worth trying? Up to you)

i reinstal system get older drivers nad i have all time same problm… when i play 1-2 map game freez and i need ctrl+alt+del and back to game to unfreez… but its annoing this happen to many time at same game and after this i have dirtybomb.exe stop responding or something like that :>

Sounds like it is related to your memory then. What programs do you have running in the background when this happens? To do this check your task manager when the freeze happens and get a list of the processes(if you could).
