Disconnected after single match

The game works fine for a single match, however once the match is complete and we transition to the lobby I get an error saying that it cannot authenticate and crashes to desktop. I say crash but it is more like the game just closes on its own.

It is when trying to refresh the account, it can’t connect and closes the game

it happens every time i play a game. I play a round, then when it tries to refresh the account it boots me and crashes the game. Very occasionally it will progress and I can play a second round. Usually it will also set my in game audio to 1, and I have to readjust it.
