Disappearing case

Just now I received a (dickens) case and tried to open it.

I clicked Open and a popup ‘Please wait’ appeared and returned an error saying ‘an error has occured’ (or something like that)
So back from the case view I clicked ‘Open’ again but same thing happened…
Then I clicked Cancel and got back to my items in my barrracks.

But my case dissapeared. :confused: :o

Happen to me few times. But after checking my loadout cards, i had it there.
Altho i did not see for which merc i got it, but i keep track numbers of cards i have so im sure i got it. :slight_smile:

Maybe same thing happend to you?

@Fr023n is correctly, you should have the card in your inventory.
