How do I make it so there is no Blood when I am playing DirtyBomb?

That’s sadly impossible, if you’re talking about the blood spurts when hitting a player. It was one of the video settings clamped a few updates ago.

Play the game with a program like flux with a darkroom filter so everything appears red.

But there is an option to turn it off… What does that do?

I think it just turns off the blood splatter on screen when you get injured.
