Disable Blood and Gore - For more FPS

Hi all,
I would like to request that the devs allow users to modify the blood particle effects in game so that they can remove blood on their own. I understand that some things can not be changed, like seeing through smoke, but I am sure that there are many players out there that would like to take off the blood when you hit player models so that it can improve FPS. I honestly think that the blood is unnecessary because of how fake it looks. I am new to this game and i’m not sure how I would go about talking to someone about this but I am posting this in hopes that I will get a favorable response.
