Allright, I might have gotten lucky today, I might have just had a good lobby for 6+ matches in a row. But boy did I love the people that joined the lobby
As I’m starting to get somewhat familiar with the basic tactics in this game, I decided to really start communicating with my random team for a few matches (on mic). At times even calling strats like: Nobody fire->Take left flank into the building->go on the bridge-> clear delivery site -> deliver (on Trainyard last OBJ). Of course since it was a pub, so the enemy team pushed our spawn except for 2 guys, who we 2v5’d. We won the match 40 seconds later, the guy who died in the initial push, brought us the next delivery.
What do I like so much about this? The entire team followed, the entire team wanted to win, and the entire team was happy once we did. There was one lvl 2 in our team, everyone was willing to help him out. People switched classes to help the team, instead of choosing what they were planning to play. And I love that in a community tips fedora.
But next to just showing my love to all you lovely people, I would also like to ask one thing: Don’t be afraid to be the first guy to speak up on a mic, to give callouts, maybe even give strats. Cause it generally improves the experience for the entire team.
