Dirty Bomb wont launch HELP

When i open it it says:

Winlicense
This application cannot run under a virtual machine

I have tried changing various settings as i was advised to on videos that i saw.
I have tried booting my PC on safe mode with networking.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Don’t run a game in a sandbox/virtual machine.

Don’t use any kind of special launchers, just use steam (this includes the shortcut to a steam app).

There’s no reason to run the game in a VM or anything similar. I suggest nobody help this guy achieve that.
