A quick use of basic google-fu, and you’ll find a wiki being built, as well as [url=http://www.giantbomb.com/dirty-bomb/3030-41445/]a site with the overview of Mercs that you are looking for. 
Still no details on what differes from loadout to loadout for each Merc, but I assume that’s still a bit too early to jot down anywhere it could be misconstrued as fact.
Found that one and another one,(if I could post urls I would have posted them
) however they do not tell us anything about the weapons or the abilities. Looking for something that gives damage info and exactly what each ability does.
For example:
Bushwhacker
What is the damage of the smg, the pistol, and the sentry gun?
Will the sentry gun be able to put enough damage downrange to kill someone or will it just get a few hits?
Can you redeploy the sentry gun once you have placed it or is it stuck there till you die or it dies?
Just an example of what I am looking for.
Ah, I see - sorry.
The current build - which is the only build not under NDA anymore - doesn’t have the specific numbers involved in regards to weapons. But different loadouts (sometimes) have different weapons from the standard one, as well as different Augments - which essentially are different perks applied to the Merc.
For example Phoenix, the medic with an centered AoE heal, have Loadouts with Augments that increase the radius and/or reduce the cooldown of his radial heal, as well as Augments that affect how much health friendlies are revived with, how quickly he repairs/disarms, swaps weapons, and so on.
But as mentioned, still testing, so loadouts may differ between now and “then” - but perhaps someone will add the current ones to the wiki. 
(On a related note, I’ve just updated the individual Merc pages on the Wiki with the superficial information available from the Steam client - might add the Augments and Loadouts at a later time)
And aye, you can reclaim all stations/turrets, if I recall. Doing so still incurs a reduced cooldown, so you can’t pick it up and place it down willy-nilly. 
Your doing a good job so far. If I was in closed beta I would help you. When I do get a key I’ll help out.
the values are tweaked continuously in beta, after the 20th, things should be easier to figure out
There we go, current Augment stats added to the wiki.
Doesn’t include the various combinations in specific loadouts, but those are all of the Augments found in-game so far (unless I missed some while flipping through the loadouts )
