I don’t like quick nade. I like to preselect a nade via keyboard and cook it using mouse1.
There’s no suitable buttons on mouse anymore for having a quick tool/nade on it.

You can still press 4 (by default) to pre-select the grenade when playing as Fragger aka Dazzler.

All I get is the error message that dirtybomb.exe has stopped working.gg.

Scre4m can you post on the bugs section and include your Launch.log file, details on getting this can be found in my sig, Once I have your Log file I can start looking into this

Ok, a bit of a brain-freeze here…I updated the game, and I saw this “Click here to update the launcher” button on the launcher, so I clicked on it so see what happen. And so the launcher auto-exited itself out…and I can’t figure out how to open the game again. I clicked on my DB shortcut on my desktop a dozen times, but the game/launcher did not appear?

it disappears while updating itself, then reappears when it is done, TracyJackson.

The launcher may have crashed, see if you have a GameLauncher.exe process still running and kill it before trying again.
If all else fails you can reinstall the launcher from here: https://secure.warchest.com/dirtybomb/download
This wont delete your game download unless you uninstall the entire thing first, which you shouldn’t need to do.

So firts feeling :
- Now the games looks blurry or that’s just me ?
- Ironsight is now really effective a bit to much to my taste. Now it’s a bad copy of COD and BF gameplay …
- Movement feel a bit better but still some slow down stuff.
- Hit indicator is WAY to big ! Dynamic crosshair is aarrrrrhhhhh !!!
- Nice redesign of the inside building on LB
- Nice UI improvement
- Need to launch the game to check the server population = not a good idea.
- Open obj stuff … I don’t like
- No nades … and feel 200% more spammy WTF ?

but for the moment I just don’t like it at all

We’ll likely have the server browser and friends outside of the game too, but we had to re-write the game start-up sequence so currently it’s unsupported.

Btw, I got the game all updated and all…but I still see this flashing red “Click here to update Launcher” thing on my launcher. Is it suppose to still be there even after updating?

All the cool stuff are gone … speaking with Mr funky and Raim on TS and we all have the same feeling … a massive fail !
No SD touch anymore now it’s more a CallOfBattlefieldFortress 2 ! Nice … you just broke all the motivation I got as alpha tester.

I just deleted my cfg. It was on read only and for some reason the new build didnt want something in my cfg.
So everything was fine. game started.
But what I saw on the server was a shock. First shock: my fps dropped even more. Second Shock: the game has turned into a spamming low skilled carnage.
Just spam with grenade launchers, molis, airstrikes on those small maps.when u die drop another nade. MORE explosions. more and more.teamplay seems impossible. Its all just mad slaghtering.
Up to today I had at least some hope for this game…
