Did the teal ironsights go away? I didn’t notice them last night.

Any obstacle you can get through with damage but not die won’t be enough IMO. The problem is usually that people are in and out with the data cores before defence even get into position. A medic running through flames/gas is just going to heal and the heel it out of there with a datacore.
Mentioned in another thread but I think there needs to be an inner door that requires a hack or action that takes 10s. This can be accumulative and non expiring but will force attackers some delay (but not a substantial one to be considered a full objective). Side access, where it crosses defence routes would be wide open.
Ok, tested a bit more. It really seems like fights are less random now. Kind of only wish the sound issue and fps issue would be fixed for me for now … Though i still have my issues with movement, but looking at it from greater scheme i think it fits the greater picture. Well done patch!
Pressing sprint no longer cancels reload - cannot reload while sprinting - this is work-in-progress
I just got here, but so far I’m disliking not being able to run while reloading, or cocking back the bolt of the sniper and not running.

I like making the decision: Reload now and risk getting shot or move to cover and then reload. If you can sprint and reload… who cares?
Your already at a severe disadvantage when reloading, so why punish the player even more.
“severe”
- You can still run away.
- You can dodge by strafing at the same speed as when in a gunfight.
- You can swap weapons to pistol and pop off a few shots with that.
- You can jump at them with a knife.
By allowing reloading and sprinting I just see adding a cowards way out.
EDIT: If it’s added into the game, I’m not going to complain but I will abuse the **** out of it. Constantly taking off pot shots and then running off behind a corner while reloading, when they catch up shoot them in the face. Atm I can’t make it around that corner which I actually find interesting.
You really can’t “run away” You start that reload animation, you’re going to finish it unless you switch weapons. This game is fast paced and I don’t feel it’s right that I missed my shot with a scope and therefore I deserve to die because I missed a shot. Everyone is talking about fluid movement in this game and how it is right now, that’s a huge roadblock in movement.
And another thing, weapon switching is pretty slow right now as well.
What i am really missing is the quick weapon switch a-la Brink. We got 2 weaponbanks (+ katana), so why not using that so one would need only 1 button to swap?

I agree with this.
This aspect of the game is good the way it is now in my opinion.
