Dirty Bomb Sign in error. [1 file needs to be acquired every launch]

Title.

I can’t sign into Dirty Bomb, I’ve disabled all firewalls, restarted PC, disabled AV, and still no able to sign in.
I re-validate my files through Steam, and a file is acquired each time.

have the same problem

can’t start the game xigncode starts but no game launches(and if the OP tells me the file is around 550 kb i’m gonna ki*l someone)
