Dirty Bomb sensitivity masterlist

The spreadsheet

i decided to make a list of the sensitivity’s that people use to play DB and the hardware they use to make that decision. i need more data! please post your info here or PM me in the format as seen in the sheet.

new guy came in, asked what sensitivity people used, and nobody had an answer other than ‘everybody has a different sens that is good for them’, so i redirected him to a list of CSGO pros and their sensitivity’s. thats when i decided to make this list.

please give your info in the same format as in the spreadsheet

Change it depending on my mouse, but it’s generally really low.

400/500 DPI with 5 sensitivity in game or 800 DPI with 3.5 sensitivity. Just depends on my mood and what mouse I’m using at the time so input both if you want.

Default windows sensitivity, 24’’ 1080p monitor, and about 85 FOV. Most used mouse is the Zowie/BenQ FK1+.

In game sensitivity: 20

Windows sensitivity: 6

Gaming mouse DPI: 1600

Posture: Sitting Back

Mouse Grip Type: Fingertip

Here’s useful mouse grip info, for thy curious ones:

!

FOV: 75 (I guess it’s vertical right? Horizontal would be 100-115 then)

Monitor Refresh rate: 60Hz

Resolution: 1920 X 1080

Good idea to add these as well. 120h/144hz here and fingertip as well. Posture probably isn’t that consistent because I don’t stay sitting long enough for it to be an issue either way.

What brand and model is your monitor?

BenQ XL2430T

(Dysfnal) #7

In game sens: 5-10 (varies depending on my performance)

Windows sens: 6

DPI: 2000 (may increase this and decrease in-game sens. I have a Razer Mamba TE which has issues at lower DPI)

Posture: varies. Usually hunched forward

Mouse grip: Palm

Aim style: wrist/elbow pivot (meaning I aim by moving my wrist and pivoting on my elbow)

FOV: maxed, whatever that would be

Monitor: Benq gl2460

Mouse: Razer Mamba TE (God bless my weary soul, getting a deathadder elite soon)

Mousepad: Razer Goliathus SPEED (probably contributes to my mouse issues, the Mamba TE doesn’t like soft mouse pads)

@TheStrangerous

Take notes and git gud. If you haven’t swiped so hard your mouse cable snags and pulls your monitor and speakers off your desk, you’re not doing it right and you’ll never be a pro.
