Dirty Bomb overwatch v0.01 demo #1

(Vilerin) #1

Actually I have no idea if sending steam reports changes anything and how they work so decided to post discussion about this guy here on forum and maybe I will hear of better ways to deal with cheaters.

Give me your thoughts about this guy (If he is cheating or not, insults are not welcome).

*I am not getting a single penny from this and decided to post it out of youtube to not spread the problem to ppl who haven’t encountered it yet (especialy on pub servers it’s quite silent).

Dunno aimbot, but it definitely looks like he has a wallhack on. He tracks players through walls.

Naming and shaming, however, is not allowed on this forum.

(TeeKayM) #3

Yep. His tracking is definitely aimbot.

(Vilerin) #4

Remember he plays on 100 ping, you see it a little delayed than on his screen.

(Edzer) #5

The shot at 1:10 was enough lol. Sadly your thread’s gonna get locked soon because of Nexon’s no naming and shaming bullcrap.

Aimbot / aimkey

I voted that he hacked for the following:

His Performance Was too inconsistent throughout. You could see him half the time not even noticing an enemy was there (2:15) and as soon as he ADS’d his weapon instantly locked on. This degree of accuracy and his lack of reaction times and overall awareness (not to mention his consistent camping in one section of the map, not exactly seen with decent players) I don’t feel is legitimate.

Most or all his kills were headshots. Pretty easy to notice a hacker by his consistent headshots and given like I stated above, I believe his aimbot is triggered upon looking down sights with his weapons, or some other form of trigger (1:07). However I could be wrong as with rhino’s minigun he was hitting players with headshots without aiming. at 1:44 you could see his slow reaction speed to the person appearing at the side entrance (and attempt to snap to head with aiming), and upon another enemy at 1:48 you could see his aim trying to hit upon the torso without ads, and then instantly snap and track their head perfectly upon aiming down sights.

His steam profile is concerning. Especially compared to how well he plays you would think he has played multiple other games right? well no, in the video you can see his profile was pretty much a relatively fresh account, which usually means their previous account was banned on something (VAC Banned) or that a new person to steam (most likely a new pc gamer) has begun playing on pc, but this doesent correlate effectively to his skill in game if he is a new player… Of course this isnt good enough evidence alone, but combined with previous points it’s a pro-point to the fact he is hacking.

Well thats my opinion anyway, any further improvements or reasons against my points will be happily taken

Remember to report him on steam if you are 100% sure.

(Yes) #9

Yeah, that’s just blatant cheating.

(Fleshpound) #10

Yea,another “I am not blatant and try to hide” Cheater.

We see it after 60 seconds of video(that he was hiding and went full “Shazbot”.

BTW:I do love Overwatch ideas or just doing overwatch sort of things.

(Mister__Wiggles) #11

Clearly walling as well. He even pauses for a second to toggle it. If a mod comes in here and closes this thread down without taking the evidence and banning the guy then my faith in these forums will disappear.

(Ghosthree3) #12

Well mods don’t really have the power to ban people.

This forum is not a place to report hackers. Please report any hackers directly to Nexon Support. There is a strict no naming and shaming policy on this forums. Also, based on your ‘PS’ you are knowingly trying to edge around the rules. Please use some common sense and report to the people who can actually ban the users.

The forums are not and have never been a tool to report hackers. That is not their intended purpose and it will not become their purpose. The forum moderators are not Game Managers. We cannot ban in-game users. The people(GM-Radrodo, etc.) who answer the support tickets CAN ban in-game users. Place your faith in the support tickets where it belongs.
