It’s not a console command, it’s a config file entry.

You can find the file to edit at [My Documents]\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config\ShooterInput.ini

Ok i have added this into my shooterinput.ini …

Bindings=(Name=“WeaponSlotOne”,Command="SelectWeaponSlot WS_Melee | hudturnoff

saved it. go in game and when i put on my melee weapon on i still have mini map!!! :<

but the MAIN thing i wana achieve is TURN OFF mini map!!! and i cant manage it :<

its fustrating being a noob please someone put me out of my missery! and help me make DB smooth!!

In your shooterUI.ini find and change this

[ShooterGame.SGUIHUDMiniMap]
m_MiniMapScale=0
m_MiniMapWidth=0

If you want to remove all the micro slutter remove all the minimap options like this

They’ve restricted the graphics commands a few patches ago, so i don’t know if it’s still doable… The uploader of that video posted his config in the comments if you want to get exactly what he has and see if it works.

can i just ask if anyone else is seeing the game stutter returning ? last few weeks my fps has gone down from 250ish to 120 ish

Today they inverted one frame interval setting so if you have thread sync on, change it to off. If off, try it on.

Do you have mumble or similar software that will let you use a replacement crosshair? Would be interesting to see if that makes any difference too. You might start a trend. …
