Dirty Bomb is not loading

Whenever I try to load the game up on Steam, it begins to load and shows the small NGS anticheat logo in the corner of my screen like usual, but then it just stops loading and it doesn’t say that it is running anymore. I have a Windows 10 if that will help anything. I love this game and hopefully I can get some help with this problem. Thanks :slight_smile:

I have also tried reinstalling the game but it did not change anything :confused:

open a support ticket with Nexon

It happened to me also with Windows 10 and I did everything you could literally think of. Like disabling AVG and Windows Firewall or reinstalling everything and all those stuff. I just waited until the next patch and it worked after it updated with the new hotfix. Nexon never responded to me so that was my only resort to solving the problem was simply waiting.

I opened a ticket, got pretty good response time, but not all that helpful, last update fixed my problem
