Dirty Bomb doesnt start... !?

Hey, I met all system requirments for Dirty bomb. But after I started the game, theres a black window with no re - requestion. On the top of the window is written above: Dirty bomb (32,bit, DX 9).
4 seconds later the window closed automatically :-/
Does someone know how to fix it ? ? ?
