Dirty Bomb Dickens snowman bug

hello ,

i’m played dirty bomb for more than +60 hours on the dickens update and got the snowman dickens but it didn’t show on my items so i can equip it and i didn’t get the dickens special case event any 1 know what the problem is ?

Not getting the Dickens trinkets is a known bug and affects pretty much everyone. You’ll get the trinket once they have sorted the stuff out though.
The Dickens special case was completely random, not everyone got one
