Dirty Bomb Crash After Installation

The game crashes after steam installes direct X and everything else that is needed to run the game. The Thing is im on my new pc and I dont know why its crashing.
My specs are :
Rzyen 1600 (stock)
B350 mPro4 Asrock board
8gb 2400 crucial
gt !030
I only installed the Geforce Drivers and the Drivers for wifi dongle and xbox 360 Controller.

i already tried to install DB on a crap 2010 laptop to high end tower, never had any crashes post installation except the exit to desktop bug

Maybe you can find crash report from:
…Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Logs
