Your settings are a little bit off (especially your brightness). But this is the comparison with all the high settings and the default 2.2 brightness:


I really like the trend of adding an amount of vibrancy to all the levels.

Something I just realized:

Will this apply to all assault characters or only the first 2 we had so far? In the first case, that would mean that Soldier03 would have a GL and SG (instead of GL + AR as seen previously), leaving her with no mid- to long-range direct-fire capability. Would that be a viable loadout or would it be too circumstantial for an assault class?

And what would happen to that heavy revolver for Soldier04? :frowning:

Just the first two, should have been clearer. Number 3 has GL and an SMG at present.

Sounds like a great lot of changes in the new build :slight_smile: Particularly like the sound of the EV speed increase by numbers + new characters & maps yay :slight_smile: The only couple I wasn’t sure about are reducing nade radius & forcing assaults to use shotguns as I love Conker’s current secondary (probably more than the primary).

conkers mg is perfect as deagle and pistol, it feels great to play, it feels most natural IMO <3 cause the zig zag pattern on some weapons is just annoying

Shotguns are really interesting for Assault, because then you dont have to hide if there is some engy or fops :wink:

Would we be able to get more specifics on how the healing rates have been tweaked? Not necessarily numbers, but I am guessing slight increases for each. Have health packs reverted back to previous regen rate? (Any thought on removing global regen?)

Also, can we be enlightened to what various weapon tweaks means? Should we expect all weapons to be tweaked or only a few? Are we talking damage increase/decrease on some and rate of fire changes on others? Is medic02’s shotgun included in these tweaks?

We’re prefer not to give details on these things until you’ve played with them for a bit, so we can get your gut reaction and your ‘feel’ for them without influencing your opinions. Once the patch has been out for a few days we’ll happily go over specifics if there are lots of questions.

Speaking of sounds. Are the death sounds placeholder? Several of the sounds in this game are used in bloodline champions as well.
