I used to be a founder’s club member with alpha access. But after a while I decided to ask for a refund.
Now I got my closed beta key and I am back testing this game. However I could only find the nexon beta forums. So I wonder if the closed alpha forum is still there, and if it is, is it still possible to get access to it?

I don’t understand how people can have the nerve to ask for a refund because the game didn’t meet with their expectation only to come back and expect to play it.
Well simply because this game is not worth paying 120$. But this doesn’t mean that I don’t like the game at all. The game was heading a different direction then I hoped for, so I took the refund. And now I am able to see what they have made of it for free.
You didnt pay for the game, its F2P, you supported SD to help out, its like backing a game on kickstarter.
Why spent money in the first place if you dont want to take the risk?
If I were SD you shouldnt be able to play the game until open beta and no closed forum access since you got the refund, because other members paid for instant access and closed forum access. I do not mind it since SD is really generous, but I find it unfair to those who paid and also unfair to SD because you couldnt make a proper decision. Normally there is no maybe…
Its actually a colossal cheek to demand a refund of a game which is still in development. Normally a refund only applies if the final result is not what you like 
Bull**** bro. You just wanted your money back because they gave you the option. Look at your own quote. You said it was worth to pay 120 dollar for the legendary pack.

Well I didn’t like the game and the direction it was going at that moment but that’s a risk you take when you support a game in alpha state.
It’s a shame that SD invited some of the biggest whiners of the alpha who got a refund into the beta. It’s even painful to see that some even insult SD al though they got a refund ( they didn’t like the game why even bother inviting them again).

Hehe that’s funny, you are right though. Although I probably said definitely to encourage new players joining the alpha.
I never started asking for a refund. I just noticed people on the forum were talking about refunds and then a dev confirmed it. I pretty much just took advantage of the opportunity, I wasn’t really satisfied with the game and I knew I would be able to get back in closed/open beta in a few months.
Not sure if ur talking about me or other people who got a refund, but I am not a whiner nor did I ever insult SD.
