Dirty Bomb, can't sign in²

Since the other thread was closed with no solutions provided inside.

I’m having this issue after restarting the game, Sign in could not be completed and when I click on details, some authentication_failure.

From time to time I’ve got the same. You need to add db to the firewall or disable the firewall for signing in. At least it works for me. Just give it a try

hey, thanks again RedTractor unfortunately, it didn’t solve my problem. I disabled my firewall and it gives the same error. I can’t find the dirty bomb folder, is it inside the nexon one?

By default is in the nexon/library afaik. Check settings in the nexon launcher, there you can set your games folder.
Also can you give more info?

-did you played this game before?
-Where are you living? maybe it’s the problem with regions
-pc specs

One more thing you can try,go to the nexon launcher -> tab Library. Hover your mouse over the DB game and click on the gray sprocket wheel. From this game settings menu click Repair installation.

I was connected to a server already and there was someone with me on a map. I asked for the console in chat but couldn’t open it so I restarted to game thinking it would be in the shortcut’s launcher options.

The game is running smooth, it’s not specs related I guess nor region, I just can’t get pass the login. I’m running it on Win7 64bits.

I tried a repair, didn’t work. I’m doing a malware scan just incase, don’t think it’s related tho?

So apparently the problem was the Nexon Launcher, after reinstalling it’s working.
