Difficulty

So, I’ve recently found out that the Challenges get harder as you level up as the enemy AI improve. That’s why I’ve been having trouble with them then! So my question is if you start a new character (level 1) does the AI go back to the easiest setting? And does completing Challenges with different characters count?

Sure, you can do challenges with any character and have it count.

From what I’ve heard the difficulty is set to what the campaign difficulty is set to, if you make a campaign game on easy then back out and go to the challenges they’ll be set to easy.

afaik difficulty is 1, 2 and 3 matching successful playthru 1, 2 and 3. Different for each character so you’ll start at 1 when creating a new char. Unlocks do not reset. Playing them on a low lvl char makes it easier because the ai doesn’t have high lvl abilities.

I did them at different levels. I finished the 3 Star Be Objective with my level 20 and its easier with level 20 and weapon attachments.

Well I managed to do some of the 3 Star Challenges last night, but I failed on the last wave of the Tower Defence one! >< Any tips for it? I was using the Chinzor MG and the Tampa with various attachments.

A gatling turret does a lot.
