Different reload animations and game modes

I don’t want to say they are bad but i would suggest to change the reload animations depending on the bullets in the magazine. For example you have to use the closure of the weapon when the mag is empty…Sure there is the possibility to bridge this mechanism but not for all weapons.

And it would be great when Brink could get a team-deathmatch mode, based on lives/respawns or kills. Or a conquest mode where you have to take over and hold command posts in Battlefield style…In any case non-story-based missions. Sorry but after a time the story based mission become very boring. I played through the campaign already so often and i can’t hear the mission briefing and see the cutscenes anymore. Moreover it would be a sensefull addition overall that makes the game more interesting.

I’d rather they not make Brink into CoD/BF with a different coat of paint.

Conquest is a little grand in scale for 8 vs 8.

TDM is DM for people that suck at DM. Also it makes the classes irrelevant and has no business in Brink.

The only classic game mode I think would work really well with Brink is CTF. Implement secondary objectives like in the campaign like in container city (buildable/destroyable stairs/barricades, hackable alternate routes, etc).

You are right…TDM would make the classes unnecessary and the mode conquest is too grand for 16 players. CTF with the secondary objectives would be really nice and should be integrated in any case. But what about another kind of conquest? A kind of “king of the hill”. Both teams got just one “command post” or something and the team that controls both command posts for the longest time wins the round. It needs team work and the secondary objectives could remain in this mode as well. And by the way - it would be great when the weapons of the players in the cutscenes represent their actual primary weapon und not this template weapons.

It would be great when a, for this matters, responsible employee of SD could give me a statement about my suggestions
