They do the same damage, so I was wondering what one has over the other.

Timik has a slightly higher rate of fire. However, it has more recoil and side to side sway. The recoil is super easy to deal with but the side to side just kills it compared to the M4 which is basically a laser beam of death. Combine that with the fact that the M4 loadouts are better and there is little reason to play with the Timik sadly.
I would like to see them slow the RoF but up the damage and get rid of the side to side sway. I’d be cool with it even having a bit more recoil. Let it be a high skill cap weapon that would be a solid choice over the M4 for players who want to master it. Similar to how the AK works in CS compared to the M4.
