I spent $15.99 for the deployables bundle. I had $23.02 in my steam wallet to begin with and now i have $7.03. The payment on my steam account and account details but I haven’t gotten anything in Dirty Bomb. Can someone tell me how to fix?

dont even try to contact steam, they are so freaking slow takes like atleast 1 week and at that point u get a auto message. i took contact with nexon support, next day it was fixed and i got something as a apology for the trouble. btw dont just do it yet, i got something earlier and it took me 1h and 30 min before i got it. it all depends on how overlaoded shit is.
