PS: there is also a bug, which the event case from ‘What the dickens’ drop won’t appear after a match in the overview before you return to the lobby, when however you got a case
I’m having exactly the same problem, I didn’t get Olde Flashlight trinket yet my progress counts towards the last reward.
I also did not receive the flashlight which I was looking forward to checking out. My progress did not count for snowman either.
This is a known bug. Your progress is still being tracked and the lantern will be awarded when the issue is resolved.
Same here. Have not received the lantern but my progress toward the 3rd one is tracking ok.
