Didn't get elite cases from firestorm pack

So I just bought

I got the credits, the boost, and I think all 15 of the cases however I only got 2 of the elite cases 1 A and 1 B case.

I have tried relogging and such nothing seems to work, The weird thing is they were there when I logged in after buying the pack but after I finished opening the 15 cases the Ui bugged out for a second then all but the two were gone

Check your inventory for loadout cards and make sure all filters are disabled.
