Did Not RECIEVE ARSENAL CASE

I leveled up to level 7 and well didnt get anything, i <3 :o t said I would get an arsenal crate but didnt get it :worried:

I also thought the first case was received at level 7.

To reward players for levelling up, we’ve added Arsenal Crates into the mix. These hefty containers drop every time you level up, starting at Level 7, and stock a number of potential goodies.

You get on at level 5 and you can unlock it at level 7. so if you were already at level 6 you have sadly missed it. Level up to 8 and you should get one

I think you might have misread the OP, I believe that he (and I) thought that an arsenal case would be received when he leveled up to level 7.

There’s no such a thing called Arsenal Case, it’s an Arsenal Crate
It says that you start receiving a crate every level up starting from 7, which means after you reach level 7 you start getting crates for every level up. So you need to get to level 8 to get your first crate
