Did not get an arsenal case after level up

I finally leveled up to lvl 21. and I was excited to get the case. but i didnt recieve it, what gives?

i never got a case for the case a day thing but i ranked from 37-38 and received a arsenal case yesterday

Did you check your inventory? I didn’t receive a notice or a notifier over the Barracks button but it was still there.
