Did I miss something or...?

I was just checking out a brink video that I hadnt seen before, and i noticed something that confused me a bit.

At 1:46, when richard ham starts talking, you can see a character in the TV. That character has an upper body clothing that i dont think ive seen in game. And it looks pretty cool too cause it looks like he has a ‘bullet belt’ sort of thing. So is this in game? Like a different color scheme or something or is it just a feature that was removed? And for that matter, i think the face paint is the clown face paint without the creepy smile. Not that I am complaining though cause ive been rocking that clown face paint!!

yessir its a resistance clothing piece. looks just like the fortress with some minor changes good eyes.

They made a lot of changes to the hub too. Many changes are made by the time the game gets burned to the disk. Nature of the business and art.
