working fine on my ati card… but if there are 4k playing already, the card issue aint stopping them…

i need to reinstall it due to a bug and poof, i cant even access the trial now.

i was going to buy this game too. but if they cant support the free weekend, how am i supposed to expect they can support me as a regular customer?

especially after i read the comments above me about ati cards (Even though i have nvidia).

its just not reasonable for me to make that kind of assumption dont you think?

tomorrow at around 3-5pm will be a great indication of where we’re at after this free weekend/sale. US + other countries on at same time. Looks good even just now where is mostly US timezones playing.

This is still an ATI buggy openGL driver issue that SD have no control over. If your card is one of the affected models then I suggest a new graphics card, or steer clear of openGL games. Although some people claim the latest drivers (or the beta or something… think it was 11.8??) increase framerate some more (fixed some of the bugs).

EDIT:

I don’t think he’s complaining at all. I think he’s just saying that the free weekend seems to have done well.
It’s more like he’s saying “Is it done now? can I start looking at the data gathered and begin drawing conclusions?” and not “Wtf? It’s over? Why? Free weekend should last until Wednesday!”

I have ati and get over 120 FPS, fix your PC mate. (1920x1200, all high vsync off, no HBAO)

It was nice to see many new players. Altough lots of them had little clue on how to play but it is a game that needs practice to learn and even then it is easy to sometimes just forget all the tactics and only jump in the front fight.

I saw some alternative route completely deserted, first time in a while. Yet, I had great game during this free week end, with memorable moments.

I am not very convinced by some of the new gear from the DLC but then again I didn’t especially craved for new content, save maybe the maps.
