Hey all!

With every new update there are often a number of unforeseen issues that sneak in. To address these as quickly as possible, we’re creating a single Bug Megathread so you can let us know when you run into them. This way, you’ll have a much greater chance of having them seen by our QA team than by creating a new thread (we only have so much time for bug-thread hunting!)
Before you make a post please do a quick check to see if anyone else has reported the issue you have experienced. If so, simply up-vote their comment and we’ll know the severity of issues.


Format bug reports: When putting a bug into the comments below make sure that you give us as much information as you can. If you can remember any of the events leading up to the issue it can help us find the cause quicker.

Type of Bug: FPS drop

Description: It is not really often, but it happens. My FPS will be between 60~80, and I only keep HQ on, the rest of them were set on the lowest quality. In fact, this issue even existed before the update. I checked task manager, CPU, Disk Usage, and Ram were all below 60

Video / Screenshot: Unfortunately, I don’t have it.

Steps to reproduce: unknown

Result: low FPS

Expected result: It should be in the range of 170~180, or 160+

Reproduction rate: not often.

----------Below is my PC’s spec:-------------

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-6402P CPU @ 2.80GHz

Graphics Card: Radeon ™ RX 480 Graphics

RAM: 8.0 GB, 2133 Mhz

HDD

Motherboard: B150M BAZOOKA (MS-7982)

Sound Card: 1. AMD High Definition Audio Device (not so familiar with sound card )

I am not so sure how am I suppose to post driver information. I export the list from a program called Driver Booster. It contains 20000+ words which I can’t post it here. Not so sure if it is allowed to do this, but I will upload the txt file to the Mega Cloud. It is in the spoiler.

Type of Bug:High Ping
Description:Getting high ping on Asian server since last 3 updates. Before this i always get 111ms max ping on Asian server but now its 300+ everytime. Even other games giving me normal ping, so the issue is not with my connection.

Type of Bug: Gameplay bug
Description: The gate(s) on dome not opening after generator has blown up. Walking through the gate is still possible

Steps to reproduce: no idea
Result: The gate was visible until repaired and blown open again
Expected result: The gate should’ve opened
Reproduction rate: I’ve only encountered this once, but i don’t play dome very often so it’s hard to say anything about this

Type of Bug: Gameplay
Description: Carryable objective got stuck in wall/ceiling on Bridge. I did not see the death, but the carrier died near the ammo crate on the stairs of the parking garage, by red van where attackers spawn on last objective. Carryable objective HUD marker was in the ceiling. Going up to the second level, carryable HUD marker made it look like it was in the parking garage. Objective was nowhere to be found on the ground. Still got guard xp for being “next” to it.

Steps to reproduce: Unknown.
Result: Upon death, carryable got stuck in wall/ceiling. Could not interact with or see objective.
Expected result: Upon death, carryable should be on the ground.

Type of Bug: sound direction
Description:i dont hear the gunshots explosions or air strikes if im not facing direcktly toward it. The bug occured with the mofo update. I have the logitech g430 headset if that helps and i tried updating logitechs software but it didnt help.

Steps to reproduce: unkown
Result: i was shot from the back and i could i hear a faint noise coming from behind and when i turned it was for 180° i was hearing the gunshots loud and clear.
Expected result: i should hear the gunshots ext. From every direction

[left]Type of Bug: Increased latency on EU servers

Description: My ping almost doubled since the last update. I used to have between 45 and 65 ms ping on most of the EU servers. The weird thing is that now I get almost the same latency (90 to 100+ ms) if I connect to a EU or a RUS server (I’m in France…). From time to time, it goes back to a normal value for 30 minutes and increases again. I already checked my ISP and PC performances and everything looks ok on this side. No problems on any other games.

Steps to reproduce: Connecting to a EU server

Result: Latency higher than normal (90 to 100+ ms) in the server browser and in game

Expected result: Normal Ping (50 to 65 ms)

Reproduction rate: Constant since the last update[/left]

Description: NGS is causing packet losses, causing you to do short teleports in map and causes “frame skips” and thus, throw you off aim.

Result: player(s) annoyed
Expected result: “makes me happy” - Phoenix
Reproduction rate: 100%

Teleports so frequent, it’s like playing OW’s Tracer… without conscious control of teleports…

This is severe… so severe, it’ll rival my glorious 1.16 fps.

This is so severe, I had to record it happening in a match… Where do I upload footage?

Type of Bug: Gameplay

Description: Aimee’s SNITCH device works through walls

Steps to reproduce: Throw SNITCH at a wall, have enemy stand on other side. Most commonly reproduced at Market, A side, 2-story attacker building (the one with ammo crate)

Result: People are constantly detected and debilitated on the other side of the wall.

Expected result: Nothing.

Reproduction rate: ~90% Haven’t tested “scientifically” but it is certainly noticeable in standard gameplay.

EU servers

Type of Bug: gameplay/weapon

Description: cannot change weapon or Fletcher’s sticky bombs with the mouse wheel, number keys or Q/E buttons. Happened today, one time as Fletcher with SB, the second time as Phoenix with the main gun (on the same match). After I revived everything was OK. Two other players had the same problem!

Result: annoying
Expected result: have fun

Type of Bug: Audio

Description: Playing on Terminal as Fletcher. If another Fletcher disarms the C4, my Fletcher would also voice the “Disarming C4” statement.

Video / Screenshot: Nope

Steps to reproduce: This has happened to me twice on two separate occasions.

Result: None defusing Fletcher will voice the “Disarming C4” statement when another Fletcher defuses.

Expected result: Fletcher would stay silent.

Reproduction rate: 2 times

Type of Bug: Visual/audio
Description: On shotguns, unlike the other weapons the doge trinket doesn’t start music and text when inspected.
Steps to reproduce: Equip the doge trinket and a loadout card with a shotgun, inspect the shotgun.
Result: No sound plays and no words appear when inspecting the weapon.
Expected result: Music should play and text should appear near the trinket when the shotgun is inspected.
Reproduction rate: (10/10)

Type of Bug: Gameplay/Ability
Description: Phantom’s EMP is not affecting Sticky Bombs detonated mid-air
Steps to reproduce: Have Fletcher toss a sticky at a cloaked Phantom and detonate mid-air.
Result: Sticky explodes and does damage despite being disabled.
Expected result: Sticky does not detonate.
Reproduction rate: (10/10)
