Where can you change the diameter of a cylinder?

Have you tried to select it, clicked on a corner and dragged, to make it smaller/bigger?

Ive selected it but and dragged but then has my cylinder a strange form

a cylinder should have the diamater of the x or y values from the brush it was created

Well, I forget where this button is on the toolbar. But there is a “scale” button I think, once that is clicked. You can select your cylinder and every edge will start getting bigger/smaller.
