I just finished version 0.1. You can get it at http://devmod.co.nr/ (I just threw a site together, it will be improved by the next version). Devmod is a server side mod similar to etpub. Currently only a windows version is avalible. Hopefuly I can compile or find someone to compile the next version for linux as well.
