Dell inspiron 1545 can it run brink?

The chip type that its using is obviously integrated (with all dell laptops its one with the motherboard), Mobile Intel 4 series express chipset family.

Total available graphics memory 1300mb (1292 to be exact)
Dedicated video memory 32mb
RAM: 3gb
Processor is a pentium duel core 2 cores both 2ghz

Any other details needed just let me know.

Obvious answer, NO. Even if you can make it start, i doubt you’ll get more than unplayable fps.

I would recommend this.

But according to Wikipedia, no Intel integrated graphics device supports above opengl 2 (and 3 is required.) So according to that you can’t play Brink. But you can play Quake Wars!

Thank you, to all who responded. I’ve been planning on buying a new computer (for obvious reasons) laptops just can’t handle new games now a days.

I played Quake Wars on an E1505 with a better video card than that and I could barely get 30fps with minimum settings. Brink uses the same engine but is harder to run, so I would say the answer is almost certainly no.
