Delivering/securing objectives grants explosive resistance

Have been noticing when attacking players that are either in the process of delivering or securing objectives(EMP charges/drug samples), that they don’t take full explosive damage. For instance, Nader’s grenades will not down a light class player on direct hit when they are delivering/securing.
