Description:
Defuse priority for mechanic perk is not higher than normal mercs anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
Have two mercs in a game, one with mechanic perk and one without. Start defusing with the normal merc and try to take over with the mechanic.
Result:
Mechanic doesn’t take over.
Expected result:
Mechanic takes over.

Looks like they dropped it to 20%, too. Pretty dumb. You could almost use a mechanic Phantom in competitive, but I don’t think that’s really an option now.
