[Defibs bug] Defibs release charge too early/dont release charge

It happens that the defibs release their charge before I release the button. Other times I release the button and the defibs keep charging.

I used to get that when switching between defibs and healing pulse with Phoenix, but I don’t play him much anymore. I would get the constant charge healing pulse, too. Pretty annoying.
