[Defibrillator Bug] Defibrillator doesn't damage enemies who are planting or defusing(?)

This is more of a casual observation than a definite bug. Yesterday I was playing around with using the defibrillator as a weapon for a while and recording it. I noticed when reviewing the footage that when the defibrillator would “randomly” fail (as I dismissed when playing) to injure enemies, it seemed to occur when I was trying to hit someone who was planting C4 or defusing C4. You’d think I’d be able to provide some footage seeing as I mentioned I was recording it, but I was a derp and deleted it all :stuck_out_tongue: This might’ve been mentioned before, but I can’t find a way to search by section ^_^;
