Dedicated Server Update Today?

Can we expect a dedicated server update today?

Specifically to resolve the net_ip issue. If you assign the brink server an extra ip available on your server, you can’t connect using the server browser. You’re forced to use direct connect.

We realise this is a big issue and are aiming to address it ASAP, but the update isn’t likely to arrive today. We’ll let you know more when we know more.

Server Update is out. not sure what it changed though no change log on steam yet

I just tried to update via HLDSUpdaterTool and it didn’t update, says I already have latest version.

So I’m not sure where you got this magical update.

My server was installed yesterday and it updated today.

I didnt use the HLDS I used Steam itself.

Dont know what to tell ya if it didnt update you may have installed the server after the update was released.

i cant download via HLDS Tool, whats the excatly line?

There was a Day-0 patch that some of you will have obtained if you had not restarted your server since it went live.

I don’t think it was. There are no updates when running the tool.

Yes I got an update today with HLDS. It now says that I have version 2.

Unfortunately all my 4 servers which stayed up before the patch for 3-4 hours now all crash within an hour, it made it worse.

Boy oh boy, do we have a mess here.
