decompile error bsp to map

I try to decompile battery.bsp with different codes in a .bat-file from this forum but everytime i get this error:

After further consideration, I retract her earlier statement

It seems you just got an old version of Q3Map. Try to get your hands on the newest version of Q3Map2.

Also, it would help if you’d paste the parameters you have given to the map compiler.

You should also post your bat file.
There seems at least two mistakes in the bat script:
BSP to ASE (you want BSP to MAP).
And “format.bsp”.
