Decals

I have all settings on low or off and usually see no decals.
Had to reinstall windows and db and now i see these.

-With ‘Allow High Quality Materials’ disabled, bullet decals appear as black squares

isnt that with decals enabled which i dont.
as i stated these never appeared before.
