R.I.P Australia and Asia regions :’( as I usually say.
By the way you make it sound very inviting I wish I was actually good and could play in a team

If we had an asian region to at least play on I’d be willing to enter… 160ms is some what playable.

Definitely not even going to consider it though, 250ms sucks.

DBNation is still planning on hosting Asia/Aus events ON Asia/Aus servers. We’ve run 2 so far, and with Nexon’s cooperation, we plan on running more in the future. @rancid

@TheVulpesFox You don’t have to be good to play in one of our events. Every month, we host a Proving Grounds event. Well established teams are barred from participating in it. It’s for new teams to make their mark on the competitive community, and to play with other people near their skill level. I highly encourage you to form a team and try it out!

I think the problem is though that because of the current bug, teams can’t get any practice and everyone is losing interest. My team even split up because of this bug. I know it will be reversed soon enough but everyone is running out of patience and I honestly don’t blame them. Many don’t like the direction the game is heading in general either. The ranked update forcing you to play with randoms was beyond stupid and then to accidentally remove our private servers is just a huge kick in the gut. I know it’s being worked on and I know it will be fixed soon enough but even my patience is growing thin. We’ll see what happens I guess.

DBNation is currently working with Nexon to see if we can come up with a solution. We really hope to have an answer very soon (hopefully this week). I’ll get in touch with Raz again and see if anything can be done.

Good news folks! Thanks to Nexon, DBNation now has one Asia and one Australia server available to you at any time! If you would like to set up a scrim in these servers, and need the login password, please add me on Steam (steamcommunity.com/id/dukemaroon), let me know that you’re interested, I’ll send you the login information. Happy Fragging!

Aus/Asia players, use the heck out of it as a pointer for Nexon to add more support to the region. If this goes barely used, I doubt they’ll correct their error!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we unfortunately need to cancel our International Open Cup #4. We hope to see you in other events coming soon!
