NO NO NO! Let’s #PlayDirty … Aaaaaw Yeeeaaah!

On Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of December we will be hosting 8-teams per day in a single elimination tournament.

The event on Saturday will be Stopwatch, and the event on Sunday will be Execution.

Each event will start at:

  • Los Angeles: 10am PST
  • New York: 1pm EST
  • London: 7pm CET

Finally we want to say that it’s important as a community to build trust between each other. DBNation will do it’s best to help keep our competition fair, but it’s up to all of us to ensure that we have fun while trying to do so. If you suspect someone, inform an admin, and if you’ve been wrongly accused, speak to the staff.

@SiegeFace Because we wanted this to be more of a “global” sticky thread, to notify more people about it - while actual comp content will be moved/placed in the competitive forum :smiley:

For good reason, with only 2 maps, one of which is heavily defender favored (hi market) you pretty much only want to pick overpass as the map. The enemy team should instantly pick defenders if you choose market and you risk a momentum sweep when that happens. Losing 6 rounds in a row because you got stuck on the disadvantaged side first can be incredibly demoralizing, and lead to losing on the advantaged side because of mental resignation.

And ain’t nobody who wants to play only overpass all the time, let alone 5 people to make up a team.

We have a waiting list. If a team drops out, we go to the waiting list and pick the first one in line.
